Car Wash Systems

Washceptor includes a range of  silt trap separators and petrol interceptors for petrol forecourts, car washes, car parks, fuel depots and vehicle workshops. In all  these environments  the cleaning applications used create wastewater where detergents and large amounts of silt and dirt are produced. The trade effluents and wastewater produced by car wash systems need to pass through an interceptor/separator for the removal of the silt and free oils before discharge to the foul sewer system. Washceptor is specifically designed to accomplish this and meets the requirements of the European standard en858-2. Our wash tanks are designed to be installed under the wash pad/bay whereas our silt traps are designed for use before a separator in a car wash system to ensure effective silt removal.

Washceptor offers an extensive range of configurations with capacities up to 18,000 litres. The wash tanks are made of robust HDPE  material and the modular structure provides for flexible and easy installation.
